First of all! congrats to ahband! woot, u've all deserved it! sooo damm proud man.. anw, yest's bbq was quite a success wasn't it! we came, we ate, and we conquered! its like soo amazing.. the beginning was everiting bad u cld think of.. black clouds, uncooperative pple, budget exceeded, and even water from the heavens destroying my gel!! but den.. all of a sudden, it jus all got together and we had a wonderful bbq mixing arnd and jus socialsing again! well.. i remember the day still.. soo glad i went to support u all! band no66! ahahaha ok.. on a more serious note, u noe smth? syf realli isn't a fair system of judging cos it doesn't measure true consistency.. u may jus be godly gd for that one day but suck for the rest of the year and contrastingly, u may realli suck and cock up for that one precious moment, and boom, u get a less den desirable results.. so bands who din get what u deserved and somehow stumbled here, dun worry cos quality cannot be hidden forever and what matters is picking urself up and start working again!yep!n i hope ahband doesn't get complacent..u noe. there are lots of realli fake people in the world but oh well, hu doesn't like a winning combination.. ever since that gold with honours, pple in ahband have been unbelievably crazy saying they love band n stuff.. do dey mean it? i doubt so.. cosdey din even participate in the syf.. its jus because they are proud dey are in a 'gold' cca.. oh well.. guess its the same in soccer.. suddenly alot of pple are saying chelsea rocks.. u noe smth.. ahs band teacher in charge has a blog! u all shoud go take a look and u'll noe why she teaches chem instead of english! lamsh.blogspot.com mrs lam.. i'm sure the band loves u too!!
erm ok a five day band week coming up.. i'm actualli looking for it! i am veri inspired by ahband's gold with honours and i realli realli dun wan to end my syf journey with a silver. i wan the gold, together with the honours dat comes with it. 'all's well ends well' i sure hope this is true, getting a silver last time rnd was realli depressing because we worked our socks off.. ultimately a gold with honours is a gold with honours, u can say that the process is wad matters and stuff but reall realli, its never complete without the ultimate reward, the gold with honours. i'm tryin hard not to think this way but oh well!!! ahaahaha, its the start of de week again.. hope its gd.
for the first time in life, i feel life's enriching cos i am soo busy everiday of the week.. its tiring yes.. its irritating yes.. but ultimately, i feel its making my life soo much fuller cos last time it was like study, soccer, band, on weekdays and sat and sundays were usualli jus slack and sleep.. sooo routine so i kinda like the unpredictabiltiy now.. the tension when laoshi's scolding, the mood swings of maths extraordinaire mr ho, and so on!
well, band isn't a cca, it's life.
