Aloha blog. I don't understand what's wrong with me. I feel /depressed when i want to start blogging. Like WTH.

Anyway, I kinda miss life in school. Haha, while i was on the bus after jalan-ing at Sim Sim Lim Lim just now, I saw these group of students chattering animatedly and i just felt so lost. Hahaha, how awesome it'd be if i can go back to that sort of life again eh? Playing soccer in school uniform after classes, chilling out in the bandroom after school, walking to Neptune Court's 7-11 to grab a bite or two, maybe three or just talking to friends in an environment which is much more alluring and comfortable than elsewhere. Nostalgia.

Familiarity breeds Complacency. I realise that we tend to take things for granted, say friends, as time passes. Because they grow /INTO your life, we tend to forget that friendships need maintaining too. Yeah, i feel that people always promise 'let's keep in contact' but it seldom happens. For a few years maybe, but a couple more? Do you still talk to your primary school bestie? For the one person who does, there are always 10 others who do not. HAH, but that's where the internet comes in. With social networking tools like Friendster and Facebook, friends have been re-introduced to us quite superbly. I never did appreciate the merits of these tools till now.

Oh, can someone tell me why i freaking cannot receive messages that were sent to me while i was in Australia?! I thought switching your phone on would rectify the problem. =( Oh yeah, i recalled something i left out in the previous post. In Australia, i rediscovered the wonders of music. Combating the rigors of rigging was tough but Music resonating from a hand phone whipped out from one of SAF's 10 pockets definitely made things better. Slight digression: Shit man, i realise i miss the feeling of playing in a band. Collective music-making was a really special experience and so, i must go to the alumni pracs from now on! Remind me please. =)
